Policies & Directions

• Check-in time is between 3:00PM and 6:00PM unless you make prior arrangements.
• Check-out time is prior to 11:00AM.
• For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the buildings. We do have expansive grounds that allow areas for smoking.
• Minimum stays may be required on weekends, holidays, and festivals.
• Cancellations require a seven day notice prior to scheduled arrival.
• Cancellations during holiday / festival dates require a fourteen day notice prior to scheduled arrival.
• Applicable taxes apply.
• Children 12 and over welcome.
• Additionally, pets are not accepted on the property.

Cancellations

Grandview Bed & Breakfast is a intimate property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservations, please call us at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival. (See below for festival & holiday cancellations). Please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your reservations.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel within seven days, your reservation will be charged for a single night or 50% of your stay, whichever is greater. The full reservation will be charged for no notice of cancellation. Early departures will be charged for the full stay.

Festival & Holiday cancellations require a notice of fourteen days prior to your arrival. If you need to cancel within the 14 days, your reservation will be charged for the full stay unless the room can be rebooked.
